Turtle Crossing There’s no deep diving required at Turtle Crossing, with most wildlife seen at 30–60 foot depths. In addition to schools of fish, it’s not uncommon to see large green sea turtles. You you might even get lucky and find a hawksbill turtle!
Pablo’s Place Large coral columns, barrel sponges, and a nice variety of sea life await you at Pablo’s Place. Just around the western tip of the island, the reef has a different look and feel to add some variety to your dives, playing host to dog snapper, great barracuda, trumpet fish, and triggerfish.
Blue Channel Shallow & Deep Dive Shallow areas allow snorkelers to explore for hours, while the deeper sloping sand patch covered with coral patches is fun for divers of every skill level. Explore the crevices for moray eels, lobster, fireworms, and large feather dusters.
After a 15-minute boat ride south of Roatán, you can come face to face with Caribbean reef sharks measuring up to 10 feet long. Witness a shark feeding from the safety of the reef and look for shark teeth in the area afterward as a keepsake of your experience.
